For this second day of our Snickers Week coverage, we’re heading south-of-the-border for Mars-Mexico’s take on the “Who Are You When You’re Hungry?” promotional wrapper tie-in. Just like the USA’s series of wrappers, these Snickers bars feature potential qualities or traits of someone who is hungry, but also sprinkle in a few emoji character illustrations along the way. In 2015, Snickers launched a bold on-pack marketing campaign birthed out of their successful run of “Who Are You When You’re Hungry” television ads. They did so by swapping out the logo area of Snickers bar wrappers and replacing it with personality traits that could be attributed to said hunger. It resulted in no less than twenty different Snickers wrappers to track down and have fun with, so make the jump to check them out.

After all, this is the confectionery culture that brought us chocolate-covered tree stumps and over 100 different flavors of Kit Kat. Along the way, they also created a now-classic treat known the world over; the sweetly miniaturized confectionery sandwich from the Bourbon candy company known as Every Burger. Today’s Full Set Friday is a more typical example of setting out to “collect ’em all”, in that it is a classic brand and a broad assortment of currently-available flavors.
